Development administration is a dynamical field that have their own system to administrate the development programs done by united political community through specific method to achieve the objective.





The rational......
Development administration is one of the branch from public administration.Without development administration,everything cannot run smoothly.In development administration,it conclude everything consists of system,action,mechanism,program,tools,etc.Examples Putrajaya.Tun Dr Mahathir is the first person who is giving the ideas to generate the place without the unknown name.He set up the team in order for them to develop the place.Everything had been control,monitor and supervise to make it success with effective and efficiently.





Why do we need development.....


We need development in three important aspects : social,economic and politic.

In social aspect it refers to educational level that was relate to the society.Society as a manpower who hold educated status and responsible to bring up the development and control it.

Then, development also needed in economic development. it is an another aspect to judge the either the country is develop or not. It simply means that, the country will achieve the development when they are enough to have no inequality and unemployment. So, it can maintain the economic condition in the country itself.


Development also appears in political aspect. It can be indicates by political participation. it means that it will really makes the society participation like election. It can be good political development when people was accountability of the government and have trustworthy to get along with.





What are the significance of administration in development.....


Administration in development was important especially in a country to reduce and minimize the rate of poverty. For example: National Economic Policy that the one of the plan is to make it realize.


Then, development also to have the job opportunity to maintain the level of economic in a country. As example, we can look in Public Service Commission that was giving the opportunity to society.


Other than that, development also can increse the efficient and efficiency of the administration. For instance, we have Institut Tadbir Awam Negara (INTAN) for training the public servant to develop their quality of service.


Besides, development can be realize by develop economic opportunities and social through integrating the public. That is why government was set up ECER and WPI.





What are the differences between...

Developed nations...
The developed nations is used to categorize countries that have achieved a high level of industraliztion in which the teritary and quarternatiry sectors of industries dominate.Country not fitting this definition may be reffered to as developing countries.For the example country like Japan,USA,England,etc.



Developing nations...
The developing country is a country that has not reached the Wastern style standards of democratic government,free market economics,industralization,social programs and human rights guarantees for the citizens.For the example country like Brunei,Brazil,Malaysia and others.



Least developed nations...
The least developed nations are country which according to the US exihibit the lowest indicators of socioeconomics development with the lowest human development idex ratings of all country.We can see went the income of national low and the human resource also weak.Example country like Afghanistan ,India,Indonesia,etc.



Underdeveloped nations...
The underdeveloped nations is the state of an organism or of an organization that has not reached its maturity.We can see economic underdevelopment symptoms of which include lack of acess to job opportunities,health care,drinkable water,food,education and housing.Like gap between rich and poor.Example of the country third world like Africa,Nepal,Myanmar and others.



We can conclude that all these nations have their different between each other.Every country has their own development and economic growth.So that all the country have their own identity and symbols to develop their nations.

Its is important to sustain the harmonious life among society in the country.At its most basic level this effect impact affects the most fundamental of social factors, the size of population.In modern society the introduction of public health measures such as clean water and sanitation has meant rapid population increase as fertility remains relatively high and mortality falls sharply.

Increasing welfare provision and decreaced inequality have positive impact to the younger and the aged.Welfare is the offers the posibility of better medical care, access to wider horizons through public transport, radio and television.Besides that,Migration to town and splitting up of families give the pressure of population drive youngster to seek work in town, joining the tide of migration.

Development also lead to increase possibiliities of adecation and the opening up of a greater variety of life chances.As example: in educational aspect.In country as Peru and Vietnam 2/3 of family living in extreme poverty are headed by an adult with no education.At the societal level, it is estimated the raising the average time in school by only 1 year adds 23% growth to the GDP of developing countries. So, world government promised 'Education for all' by the year 2000.It would have cost some $6 billion to put every children in the world in school

Economic Development is more comprehensive term.It growth accompanied by change-change in structure of the economy in the country social structure and in its political structure.Viewed in this way,implies decline in agriculture share of the GNP and a corresponding increase in the share of such sector manufacture,utilities,financial institution,construction and government administration.This definition is somewhat misleading, since growth is almost always accompanied by some change. It would be more appropriate to distinguish development from growth by focusing on the types of change occuring in the economic, social and political spheres. For example, one might say that development occurs if, over time, a progressively higher percentage of the population shares the fruits of economic growth.

Changes in the occupational structure of the labor force, increase degree education and training required of those who seek jobs changes, but so does heir geographic distribution, with most new job found in urban area.

Measure economic development
More demanding task.Related to personal and community welfare.As example: Consumption of basic necessity, equity in the distribution of income, and wealth , literacy, health and employment.

As example: IMF ( International Monetary Fund ).It assist countries maintain stable exchange rate.Its also important to the very poorest country. Definition

Political development is the process in the country that ensure the stability of political situation.It is related to the political participation which is illustrate the ability of the political party to hold the administration position. It is also importance of accountability for the government in order to gain the trust from the people.

In the political development, the main thing is referring to the people. When people is participate, then we can say that the political development is stable. For instance, the people shows their support by voting the government if their demand had been fulfilled. It shows their participaton in the political development.

As example: In 2008 General Election-Opposition party won, draw a different administration pattern.

The relevancy of Development Administration to Public Administration Development( Reinventing Public Sector)

It is one of the branch of Public Administration. An attempt to make government work under new and more demanding conditions, by increasing the amount of systematic study of the problems of government and the competence and training of those entering government service.

Public Administration need Development in order to achieve the national objective , enhance the administration of development administration act as a mechanism to ensure the developmant project plan by government will be achieve effectively and efficiently. Thus directly increase performance of Public Administration .Development administartion one of the component in Public Administration . So it is very important to perform a good Development Administration in order to produce a better Public Administration.

Example: In the Auditor General Report, Ministry of Defense had bought screw. The price of it had been decreased from RM70 to RM400. It shows that, they had make the mistake in term of money. The person incharged should notice the mistake by correcting the amount but the person is silence. It shows that when the political administration decreased because of the attitude of the person incharged, then the development administration will automatically decreased. As a conclusion,the performance in Public Administration can be determined through Development Administration.
